What does the Zayos Otter integration change in the kitchen?
Without it, a restaurant on three delivery apps plus its own site watches four screens, each with its own alert. With it, there is one tablet and one ticket line. A direct order and a DoorDash order sit side by side, each tagged with where it came from.

What POS integration meansWhat will one tablet not fix?
It will not lower what a marketplace charges. A DoorDash order on the Otter tablet still pays DoorDash a 15% to 30% base commission. The only thing that lowers commission is moving regulars to your own site, where the restaurant pays none.
