What this program is
Zay Revenue Group, LLC sends one-to-one customer care text messages to restaurant owners, operators, and staff who are existing Zayos customers or who have contacted Zayos support. Messages are support replies: follow-ups on an issue you reported, and information or links you asked our team to send you.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you join
You join in one of two ways:
- You give a live Zayos agent verbal permission during a phone call to text you at your number; or
- You text START or SUPPORT to our support line at (947) 333-8082.
We never message a number that has not opted in through one of these two paths. We do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the support issues you raise with us. We send messages only in response to your request or your open support case.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Zay Revenue Group, LLC does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Reply HELP to any message, email hello@zayrev.com, or call (954) 807-1509.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from this program. To rejoin, text START or SUPPORT to (947) 333-8082.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers
This program is supported on all major US carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.
Privacy
Your mobile number and the contents of your messages are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
