What does Zayos do for a restaurant owner?
It moves the orders you already earned off the delivery apps. A marketplace (a delivery app) charges 15% to 30% base commission, and a 25% to 35% blended real cost once delivery, marketing and processing fees stack. A regular who orders on your own site pays you, and the order carries no commission.
The order goes into the POS you already run (a POS is the point-of-sale system your register runs on), so the kitchen does not retype it. The diner joins your own list, and email marketing, loyalty points and gift cards bring that diner back. The plain definition is on what is Zayos.
